PIONEER MARINE ZP GREY EPOXY PRIMER
Epoxy ZP Grey primer is a two component Epoxy resin based primer containing Zinc Phosphate as corrosion inhibiting pigment. It cures to a tough and highly rust preventive coat. It has a flat finish in grey colour. It is formulated to give excellent protection to a wide range of surface applications.

- Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
- Pot Life (30ºC) 6-8 hours, less at higher temperatures. Keep out of the sun before blending.
- Film thickness: Wet surface 1100-140 M Dry surface 50-70M.
- Recommended Epoxy Thinner( Air spray/Brush).

— Ideal for steel, wood & other metal surfaces in moderate to severe corrosive marine and industrial environment — special primer for wooden / fiber and steel boats with specific and special extenders to reduce the abrasion and protect the underneath surface of the boat in very efficient manner

PIONEER MARINE ZP RED EPOXY PRIMER
HB-ZP Red Oxide epoxy primer is a two component Phenalkamide Cured Epoxy primer containing Zinc Phosphate as corrosion inhibiting pigment. It cures to a tough and highly rust preventive coat. As a primer in a system, it’s best suitable on steel & other metal surfaces for moderate to severe corrosive environment.

PIONEER MARINE ANTI-FOULING
PIONEER MARINE ANTI-FOULING PAINT is based on special ablative type of polymer and is an excellent Antifouling paint for bottom of wooden/ fibre and steel fishing boats. It gives longer anti-fouling performance than conventional Anti-fouling paints. It comes with a Matt finish in Red Brown colour.

PIONEER MARINE SPRAY PAINTS
Pioneer Acrylic Spray Paint is a Marine Grade touch Up Spray Paint which is a fast drying paint based on thermoplastic acrylic and offers excellent adhesion all interior and exterior surfaces

Drying Time:

PIONEER MARINE NC THINNER DP-13
PIONEER N.C. THINNER DP-13 is a Nitro-cellulose thinner comprising of aromatic hydrocarbon, ester, glycol & alcohol. It’s fast evaporating character is suitable for all nitrocellulose based undercoats and primers. Ideal for diluting NC sealer, primer, clear matt and pigmented topcoat. It is also very effective for the thorough cleaning of spray guns and other equipment.

- Quickly reduces the consistency of the lacquer as required.
- Fast drying with reduced risk of imperfections.
- Its effective cleaning property makes it an ideal choice for removing stains, paints spills, some inks, waxes, PVC adhesives tools and hand cleaning.
