BUILDERS BOND is a one part mild solvent and rubber-based all-purpose construction adhesive that delivers a consistently strong and lasting bond on most building substrates.

- Tack free time; 24⁰C-33°C : 5 Mins – 8 mins
- Setting time: 5-6 hours ( Depending on surface porosity)
- Full Cure : 2 days for porous substrate & 1 week for non-porous substrates
- Extrudability / ease in application : Easy to extrude
- Shelf life: 12 months
